Send us your news about Medway's regeneration

Medway1 issue 2

The third issue of Medway1 Magazine, the annual publication dedicated to Medway's regeneration, is in production.
Meanwhile, the magazine's website has been gathering news stories. The most recent of these will be gathered into an email newsletter which will be sent to area's regeneration community (and potential inward investors across the UK) next week.
What you are reading now is a "special edition" to show you the format. As a valued supporter of the magazine, you can include press releases, news stories or comment in the newsletter when we send it out next week (see below for specifications).
Send us your information - jobs created or vacant, lettings secured or units available, planning submitted or granted, and so on.

More about Medway1 Magazine

Specifications for Medway1 Magazine newsletter and website

On the newsletter itself, only 100 words or so will appear - perhaps an introductory paragraph or three. At the end of each story is a link to the website where readers can access the full story if it is longer.
On the website the stories can be as long as you like (though the shorter they are the more likely they are to be read).
Please send us images - every story on the website can also carry an image.
Each "issue" of the newsletter can carry up to two pictures, too, and the editor will select which they are.
Images should by 130x130 pixels. The newsletter can carry taller images, but anything wider than 130 pixels cannot be accommodated.
Images should be in .gif format, ideally "saved for web" at a low resolution.

Notes about logos and urls for Medway1 Magazine

This newsletter carries all the logos of all the sponsors... who have provided them. If you're a sponsor of Medway1 Magazine and your logo is not attached to the left, please send it to Rachael Schofield straight away.
Please note that all the logos link to a pdf of your beautifully designed advertisement, as carried in Medway1 Magazine. Clicking anywhere on those pdfs takes the visitor to your website.
If you're not happy with the logos, the ad material or the urls selected (we've tried to link to relevent pages where we can) please let Rachael Schofield know.
Sometimes the logos we receive don't reproduce very well - if that's the case with yours, just send us a higher-resolution version and we'll try to improve it.
The urls are also used on the links page of the website - along with the copy you provided. If you didn't, or you want to change the copy, let Rachael Schofield know.
