The borough’s development opportunities will be a focus at the London Pavilion, which will be a key destination for international investors and developers at the annual event.

"We expect the London tent at MIPIM to be busier than ever before as the city is the world’s hottest investment destination," said Pat Hayes, executive director of regeneration and housing at Ealing Council.

3Fox International, publishers of Ealing in London magazine and the company organising the authority’s delegation, has arranged logistics for the Ealing stand, where delegates will be able to meet key players in the borough’s regeneration. The delegation will be privately funded at no cost to the taxpayer.

Wednesday 12 March

15.30 - "Southall – London’s next big development", presentation on main stage, London Pavilion. 15.00 - 17.00 - Showcase Coco: Ealing Counci's new development company. The Copley project made a big splash at the London Planning Awards and Ealing Council is showcasing this new approach to estate regeneration to a select public and private sector audience in a special closed session hosted by law firm Wragge & Co on its yacht.

16.00 - Meet and greet the Ealing partners, Ealing in London stand, London Pavilion.

Thursday 13 March

8.00 - 10.00 - EC Harris breakfast in partnership with Ealing in London: "The impact of PRS on the borough of Ealing," hosted by EC Harris residential sector head, Mark Farmer.
