A networking event for Enfield's development community, which is gathering to mark the publication of the fourth issue of Opporutnity Enfield magazine
A chance to network with senior council politicians and officers, established investors, developers and advisors, the event is open to all property executives with an interest in development and regeneration in Enfield.
The prestigious Home House has been provided as a venue by the Good Business Alliance (GBA), a new not-for-profit social enterprise set up by a group of social innovators, entrepreneurs and civic and business leaders to "help scale public good and social value propositions through business endeavour".
The GBA@HomeHouse project has been set up to explore shared opportunity and drive socially responsible behaviour through business activity. It wants to encourage action through building networks of entrepreneurs and to help mobilize social innovation through creators-of-wealth expertise. Their aim is to galvanize inspirational ethical leaders to act as role models and help grow more socially responsible entrepreneurs for the future.
The event will include light refreshments, a short presentation on Enfield's regeneration programme - including the £2 billion Meridian Water scheme - and news on changes to Enfield Council's regeneration team.
