London Borough of Hounslow is exhibiting at the world property show, MIPIM, for the second year running. The exhibit and delegation has been organised by 3Fox Intenrational.
"The Council has done a significant amount of work on its local plan," said director of regeneration, economic development and environment, Brendon Walsh, "including separate master planning exercises in opportunity areas such as the Golden Mile, to provide comfort to potential investors about our stance on development.
"The message to investors is a simple one: Hounslow remains a great place to invest and my team is tasked to facilitate development so they will do everything they can to enable a smooth process through planning and into delivery."

16.30 - Barratt London and the council join together to discuss 'creating a new future for Hounslow Town Centre – a new mixed use retail led scheme'
19.30 - Hounslow partners and the GLA dinner at Jaipur Restaurant.
Wednesday 12 March
10.00 - Hounslow presentation, main stage, London Pavilion: "London's next exceptional opportunity - The Golden Highway". Brendon Walsh, director of regeneration, economic development and environment, will be joined by panellists from the private sector with interests along the A4 Great West Road.
10.30 - Hounslow partners meet and greet hosted by Pick Everard, Hounslow stand, London Pavilion.
14.30 - Ballymore Group, Brentford Football Club, Willmott Dixon and Hounslow Council present plans for Brentford including Brentford High Street and a residential redevelopment of former football ground Griffin Park, at the main stage, London Pavilion.
17.30 - "Aviation" presentation, main stage, London Pavilion. Councillor Colin Ellar joins a panel discussion chaired by London Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Thursday 13 March
9.00 - 18.30 - Soft landing at Hounslow - appreciate Hounslow's airport economy as you test your skills on the Hounslow flight simulator on the Hounslow stand, London Pavilion.
12.00 - 14.00 - Sitematch lunch: bringing together public and private sector property professionals from across the UK.
Fullers London Pride beer, brewed in Hounslow, will be available on the Hounslow stand during MIPIM, along with various entertainments and diversions during the week.
