Enfield Council's Chief Executive Rob Leak, and Regeneration Programme Director Peter George hosted the official development partner launch of Meridian Water, London.

Meridian Water is an 85 hectare, £1.5 billion investment in a prime location adjacent to the waterside environment of the Lee Valley Regional Park and only 20 minutes from central London.
The council is seeking a development partner to bring forward this unrivalled development opportunity that will provide approximately 8,000 new homes, the full range of neighbourhood facilities and over 3,000 new jobs by 2025.
This event provided the chance for potential developers to find out more about this opportunity and meet the team behind the project before the tender process begins.

As part of a wider project called “The Voice of Authority”, 3Fox International is developing a programme of six seminars for local authorities. Each session will include two case studies on a range of topics provided by local authorities, followed by an “expert witness panel”, asking questions to the case study speakers on behalf of the audience.
