About the event

Leader of the council, Cllr Steve Curran and director - regeneration, economic development and environment, Brendon Walsh hosted this summer event to mark the launch of the third edition of Great West magazine, the inward investment publication for Hounslow.

The team discussed the opportunities in the borough, including the Feltham Masterplan which will set out to build 9,300 new homes and create 17,000 new jobs. The vision for Feltham is to be known as the west of the borough plan. This plan will include a strategy for improving Feltham town centre, identification of wider transport improvements for the west area, new site allocations and an employment strategy, while also developing the Heathrow opportunity area.
