Opportunity Enfield

Opportunity Enfield is published once or twice a year to promote sustainable regeneration projects in Ponders End, New Southgate, Edmonton Green and elsewhere across this north London borough - especially the £1.3 billion Meridian Water scheme.

With its website and quarterly email newsletter, Opportunity Enfield aims to influence perceptions of the Upper Lee Valley and surrounding areas, portraying fast-growing sustainable industries and vibrant arts and cultural scenes as a backdrop against which profitable development can flourish.

Publication of each issue is marked by a networking event, and under the Opporutnity Enfield banner a delegation is organised for the annual global property event, MIPIM, in Cannes, France. In addition, round table discussion groups and other events have been organised to examine issues of particular interest to Enfield's development community, such as the masterplan for Meridian Water or the launch of the Opportunity Area Planning Framework.
